A specialist school in Northampton is seeking an SEN Unqualified Teacher to join their team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience supporting children with additional needs who is looking to take the next step within education.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support learning activities for pupils with additional needs
Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt resources where appropriate
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to meet pupil needs
Encourage positive behaviour and support emotional regulation strategies
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to senior staff
Support pupils' confidence, independence, and social development
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people with SEND
Confident leading small groups or whole-class activities
Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to learning support
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
Interested in progressing further within education or SEN teaching
