Strategic Leader, Multi-Site Retail Ops & Facilities

Angling Direct in Norwich is seeking an experienced Head of Retail Operations & Facilities to own the systems, processes, assets and standards for our multi-site retail estate. You will work with the COO to drive operational excellence, optimise labour deployment, manage facilities, and deliver improvements across the nationwide network.

The role requires significant multi-site retail leadership, strong financial and commercial awareness, and a track record of implementing change.
