The role of the Branch Manager – Industrial Doors will involve:
* Branch Manager position promoting the manufacturer, service & repair of industrial doors and associated products; shutters and access systems
* Day to day running on the Hertfordshire branch
* Managing and developing a team of 30 engineers and internal employees
* Responsible for the preparation, management, and analysis of monthly and annual P&L, ensuring accuracy, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making
* Whilst based from the Hertfordshire office you will also be pro-active on the road, visiting clients and upselling across the South East
* Liaise with an array of clients within; industrial, government and retail sectors
* Implement strategies to improve the business, analysing risk and where processes may fail
* Ensure contracts are organised, running smoothly and completed
* Responsible for training, development and recruitment of staff
* Monitor, analyse and set targets for employees
The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Industrial Doors with:
* Must have branch management, senior sales or operational experience within the industrial door or related sectors
* Must have people management experience (Ideally 15+ team)
* Ideally have P&L performance and annual turnover of approximately £5m+
* Looking for an innovative, pro-active thinker with a great attitude
* Must be commercially astute
* Able to think outside of the box
* Good literacy and numeracy skills and good communication skills – both verbal and written
* Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality
