Senior Change Management Consultant

Change Management in Tier 1 Enterprise Applications, HCM/ business transformation programmes, Stakeholder management, Strategic Advice. Join a collaborative, people-focused team supporting large-scale enterprise technology transformations across EMEA. The Role You'll partner with senior consultants and customer stakeholders to drive successful adoption of enterprise software, owning or supporting activities including: Stakeholder identification and change impact analysis Change, communications and training planning Readiness and adoption assessments Development of communications and training materials Change planning, tracking and delivery Advising customers on the people impact of technology and process changes About You 5+ years' experience with Tier 1 enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite or similar 5+ years' experience in change management on large HCM or business transformation programmes 5+ years' consulting experience, either in-house, consultancy, software or customer-side Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills Comfortable combining strategic advice with hands-on delivery Experience supporting organisations through technology and process change Workday experience strongly preferred Willingness to travel up to 25% English required; German and/or French advantageous Change Management in Tier 1 Enterprise Applications, HCM/ business transformation programmes, Stakeholder management, Strategic Advice.
