Youll create standout packaging that brings our products to life, supports key trading moments and inspires customers to shop with Iceland. From concept development to artwork handover, youll work closely with design, artwork, photography and buying teams to deliver creative that is commercial, on brand and ready for production.
What youll do Create packaging concepts that reflect customer insight, design trends and competitor awareness.
Develop mood boards, creative rationales and designs that answer the brief.
Collaborate with Studio colleagues, buyers, artworkers and photography teams.
Support artwork handovers, photography briefs and wider campaign creative across POS, in-store and online.
What were looking for A creative thinker with strong design instincts and excellent attention to detail.
Confident working at pace, making decisions and managing your own projects.
Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain your ideas clearly.
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Bridge.
Knowledge of design and print processes; art direction experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
