Site Manager – Freelance Location:   Leeds Rate:         £260-£280 per day Start:        Immediate We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of an industrial building on the outskirts of Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the client’s satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Overseeing internal refurbishment   Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures Stakeholder engagement Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting Manage logistics, materials and site resources effectively Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager with regional contractor ideally with healthcare experience Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery Essential Qualifications SMSTS CSCS (Black or Gold Card) First Aid at Work Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/NVQ/Degree desirable) Please email your CV to (url removed), outlining previous experience and availability.
