One to One Tutor

One to OneTutors Required Salary/Rate: £35 per hour Exclusive Education is looking to appoint One to One Tutors to work with pupils one to one within school or agreed placements from September. The role is full time and the successful candidate will join a friendly, lively, and vibrant school with small class sizes. Role Overview The One To One Tutor will deliver outstanding teaching across curriculums. The role involves planning and marking curriculum work, delivering lessons in line with the interests of the pupil and topics. The school is open to employing either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a qualified Teacher. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and adhere strictly to school policies. Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 * Assess and mark students’ work promptly and constructively * Manage and maintain effective classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment * Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils with moderate learning difficulties * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the curriculums * Support school policies and procedures related to safeguarding and pupil welfare Candidate Requirements * Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., BA Hons) * Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency * Previous experience working with children, ideally in a Art teaching role * Strong behaviour management skills and adherence to school policies * Two references from the last 2 years related to working with children * Hold a current DBS registered with the update service, or be willing to apply for one What Exclusive Education Offers * Excellent rates of pay * Direct links to local schools * Dedicated consultants available 24/7 to support your employment needs * Commitment to quality and safeguarding * A fast clearance and onboarding process Referral Scheme Know any teachers, teaching assistants, or cover supervisors seeking work in the North West?
