We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a young lady, currently living at home with her family in Bristol. Join their team of PAs who provide their personal care and independent living support.
About our client
Our client has a diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy and is a full-time wheelchair user. Our client is very easy going, polite and has a great sense of humour. She also attends the University of the West of England as a part-time photography student. She does not like being fussed over or patronised. She enjoys socialising with her friends and going out for meals, attending the cinema and theatre. Our client is looking for somebody who is comfortable around the LGBT community.

You will provide our clients with personal health and social care.
This goes beyond care work and involves going for walks, coffees and other outings.
Start Date:ASAP
Working: Live-in 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Rate of Pay: £160 Per day / £1120 per week worked
Location: Bristol

5.6 week's holiday pro rata.
Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.
A driver is not essential for this role, but if you are, you must hold a full clean UK driving licence as you may driving our client's adapted car.
About You
You are unlikely to have experience in every aspect of our client's care therefore full training in her particular needs is provided.
You will need: -
? To be physically fit, calm, patient and caring
? Good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
? To have a good sense of humour
? To be easy going and kind-hearted
? A mature and responsible attitude
? Good communication skills
? To be fluent in English.
? To be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.

Training and Development: Full training in the client's particular needs will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals without previous care experience. You will also have on-call support from our client coordinator team.
