This position would suit a motivated and detail-oriented leader with experience in a regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environment who is looking to progress their career within a well-established organisation.

Your new role You will be responsible for leading and developing production teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include: supervising and mentoring production staff, promoting a strong culture of performance, quality, and safety.

Ensuring full compliance with GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.

Overseeing daily manufacturing activities, including material preparation, processing, cleaning, and monitoring tasks.

Reviewing production documentation and ensuring accurate completion of batch records Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance; Managing deviations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain What you'll need to succeed Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally in a regulated or quality-critical industry (e.g.

pharmaceutical, medical devices, chemical or similar) Previous experience leading or coordinating teams, either in a supervisory role or as a senior/operator team lead Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and resource planning Familiarity with quality systems, documentation, or GMP-style environments Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production setting Strong communication and organisational skills with a collaborative approach Competence in using IT systems for reporting and operational tracking Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends Desirable Experience in aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments Knowledge of cross-contamination control and clean room practices What you'll get in return £45,000 (includes shift allowance) Enhanced annual leave & service benefitsHealthcare & wellbeing support Pension & life assurance On-site facilities & parking Structured training and clear career progression paths What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
