Customer Care Advisor Salary up to £30,000 Altrincham (Hybrid after probation) Do you have experience supporting customers in a busy, high-volume environment and enjoy solving queries from start to finish? Maxwell Bond is partnered with one of the UK's leading contractor payroll providers who are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to support contractors with everything from onboarding and timesheets to payroll, tax and pensions. What you'll do as a Customer Care Advisor: * Act as the first point of contact for contractors, supporting them throughout their journey with the business * Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as well as email queries * Support new contractors through the onboarding process * Resolve queries relating to payroll, tax, pensions and timesheets * Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently * Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting service levels and quality standards Experience as a Customer Care Advisor: * Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service. * Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email * Ability to think quickly, solve problems and work effectively under pressure * Confidence handling challenging conversations * Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn * Experience within customer service, contact centres, financial services, telecoms or other high-volume environments is desirable but not essential Benefits: * £30,000 basic salary * Hybrid working available after probation, with 2 days working from home * Flexible working patterns, including the option of a 4-day working week * Clear progression opportunities into Senior Advisor, Team Leader, Payroll, Accounts or Agency Support * Supportive and collaborative team culture If you're an experienced Customer Care Advisor looking for a role no two days are the same and where you can develop your career, we'd love to hear from you
