About you:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Exposure to facilities management sectors such as cleaning, security, or maintenance
  • Strong ability to identify and convert new business leads
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident in managing your own pipeline, territory, and time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence is essential

What you'll do:

  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the commercial sector
  • Build and nurture relationships with facilities managers, office managers, and operational teams
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess client needs and present tailored cleaning solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender responses to secure new contracts
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear conversion objectives
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery for new clients
