Job Description Revenue Controller /n An exciting newly created opportunity for an experienced Revenue Controller to join leading global law firm in London, supporting all London revenue and collections using 3E. /n What’s On Offer: /n /n - Salary to £60,000 /n - Excellent employee benefits /n - Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) /n - St Pauls / Central London /n /n Revenue Controller – What You’ll Be Doing: /n /n - Onboard new clients, providing billing guidance and establishing key contacts /n - Act as the primary contact for client billing and payment enquiries /n - Coordinate with internal teams on billing, rates, timekeeper details, invoice narratives, payments, wires, credits and trust accounting /n - Escalate fee disputes, write-off requests and payment plans with appropriate context and recommendations /n - Coordinate account handoffs when formal collection efforts are required /n - Prepare portfolio, aging and payment reports, including monitor portfolio metrics, client engagement, payment timing and aging trends /n - Share best practices and identify and recommend improvements to onboarding and client communication processes /n /n Revenue Controller – What We’re Looking For: /n /n - 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role involving revenue control and collections /n - Law firm billing cycles, engagement letters and fee arrangements is required /n - Demonstrated success managing multiple client relationships simultaneously /n - Proficiency with financial systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite /n - Elite 3E experience highly advantageous /n
