Working Hours

* Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 8:00pm

* Friday: 9:30am – 7:00pm

* Total: 45.5 paid hours per week

Breaks: Two paid 20-minute breaks per shift, plus a 45-minute unpaid lunch break (1 hour unpaid on Fridays).

Job Description

New Recruits are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy automotive parts distribution warehouse based in Banbury.

The role involves picking and packing automotive spare parts, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Picking automotive spare parts into warehouse trolleys.

* Reading and accurately matching small serial numbers, product codes and part numbers.

* Checking picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.

* Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch.

* Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

* Meeting daily picking targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Requirements

* Excellent attention to detail is essential, particularly when reading small serial numbers and part codes.

* Good literacy and numerical skills.

* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy warehouse.

* Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.

* Previous warehouse or picking experience is advantageous but not essential.

* Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
