Support Worker (Early Years) - 2 Positions Available - Blindwells Primary School - EAL12499

The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours / sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly. Hourly rate of pay: £15.16 - £16.30 This is a 39 week sessional post i.e. working hours will be during school term time plus in-service days. Monday - Thursday, 08:30-15:00 Post 2 - 16.25 Hours per Week This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking for the next step in their Early Years Career. We are looking for someone to help us to continue to deliver high quality early years education as our nursery grows at Blindwells Primary School. To work in support of early years 'staff by contributing towards the creation of a warm, friendly, safe and caring environment for children aged 2 –5 years. Must hold an SVQ in Social Services (Children & Young People) at SCQF Level 6 (or an alternative SSSC recognised equivalent qualification). Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to work towards gaining it. This post is considered as a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
