The Role: * Assisting with mechanical estimates and tender submissions * Reviewing drawings and specifications * Producing take-offs and costings * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors * Supporting the senior estimating team Requirements: * Mechanical background within plumbing/HVAC/building services * Ideal for someone moving from site into the office * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Services * Good communication and organisational skills * Basic IT skills and willingness to learn Package: * £38,000 salary * Excellent training and development * Clear progression opportunities * Fun and supportive company culture * Permanent position
