This is an excellent opportunity for qualified therapists or accredited counsellors looking to work within a highly supportive multidisciplinary environment supporting young people with SEMH, ASD, developmental trauma and complex additional needs. About the role As a Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team supporting children and young people within integrated therapeutic, educational and residential settings. You will provide assessments, therapeutic interventions and personalised care plans while helping to create therapeutic living and learning environments that promote positive outcomes and emotional resilience.
