Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects. Primarily surveying a radius of 30 miles of Nottingham. Working on FM contracts primarily focusing on bar/restaurants refurbishments. What you'll need: Essential: Previous FM experience Proven expertise with in managerial positions UK Driving Licence SMSTS or equivalent First Aid at work Who you'll be working for: UK-based design and build company specializing in the hospitality, commercial, and public sectors.
