Hours (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week) Start: 8:15am daily Finish Mon / Wed / Thurs: 4:45pm Tuesday: 5:00pm Friday: 4:00pm Your role will include: Supporting high-quality teaching and learning Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils Encouraging independence and personal development Supporting students' cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development Adapting to changing needs to ensure the smooth running of the school Occasionally supporting with physical intervention (full training provided) The role will require GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent) A warm, patient, and nurturing approach A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Adaptability, resilience, and a team-focused mindset Perks and Benefits £1,000 Welcome Bonus Continuous growth, training and development - which is fully funded.
