Being a key role within this hidden gem provides the opportunity for the Assistant Manager to work alongside the General Manager to find out what can make it shine. Were looking for an individual to help lead and develop the team, delivering unforgettable guest experiences making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
From first reservation to final farewell, youll be the driving force behind seamless service and warm hospitality.
Duties
Stepping up to lead the team when management are off youll be trusted to keep standards high and spirits higher
Supporting and mentoring our team members
Motivating your team to smash goals and create a fun, positive vibe during every shift
Keeping service slick and professional, making sure procedures are followed and guests are wowed
Youll lead by example and get stuck in for the Front of House team
Flexing across departments when needed were all about teamwork and adaptability
Keeping service areas spotless and stock reconciled at the end of each shift
Following health and food safety procedures like a pro
Qualifications
Managerial experience in hotel/food & beverage roles
A natural leader with a passion for hospitality
Someone with great xwzovoh attention to detail and a knack for remembering the little things
Strong communication and listening skills you know how to bring people together
Calm under pressure, with a positive attitude that lifts the team
A problem-solver who knows when to escalate and when to take charge
Willing to roll up your sleeves and take on whatever the day throws at you
