Data Architecture & Delivery Lead - P&C Insurance London , UK Hybrid – 3 Days / Week onsite Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Architecture & Delivery Lead to drive enterprise data architecture initiatives and lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cloud data platforms, Databricks, ETL/ELT frameworks, data warehousing, and enterprise delivery management. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, stakeholder management, architecture governance, and delivery oversight to build scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives across cloud and analytics platforms. Design and govern scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data warehouse solutions. Drive legacy-to-cloud migration and Databricks -based transformation programs. Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, security, and enterprise architecture standards. Manage delivery risks, dependencies, project timelines, and stakeholder communication. Support continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, best practices, and delivery excellence initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics Delivery. Hands-on expertise with Databricks, cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT tools, and data warehousing technologies. Experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation and migration programs. Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Insurance/P&C domain experience is preferred.
