This is a fantastic new opportunity for a Sous Chef to join an award-winning pub and restaurant, which is part of a highly successful group.

As Sous Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of a busy kitchen. Youll work with the best quality seasonal British produce from bespoke suppliers, with the opportunity to contribute your ideas towards changing menus.

The Person
Previous experience within quality 1-2 AA Rosette + restaurants as either a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef ready for progression, as well as sound knowledge of seasonal British/European Cuisine. An interest in butchery/cooking over fire would be desirable, yet not essential.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs.
Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
