Overview
Quorum Cyber is a fast‑growing cyber security company operating in the UK and North America, protecting over 400 customers across four continents.
Role Purpose
The Offensive Security Consultant delivers advanced penetration testing, red teaming, and compromise assessment engagements, working closely with clients to identify vulnerabilities and enhance their defences. The role also contributes to developing new methodologies, tools, and services that strengthen the organisation’s offensive security capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and deliver technical engagements, ensuring best‑in‑class cyber security services to our customers.
- Partner with internal security teams to build and strengthen client internal capabilities, improving their investment effectiveness and risk reduction.
- Build and nurture the offensive security team, recruiting, retaining, and developing talent to advance their careers.
- Collaborate in technical research, continually advancing practices and skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven technical experience in penetration testing, red team, or offensive security engagements.
- Deep understanding of attack methodologies, vulnerability exploitation, and post‑exploitation techniques.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CPSA, CRT or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self‑directed work style, able to manage multiple engagements and balance priorities effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and technical innovation.
