A well-established international business is seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to provide proactive, pragmatic legal support across a broad range of matters in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a broad range of legal matters with a focus on commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to a high standard.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver solutions-oriented guidance within relevant deadlines.
• Manage risk assessment with a balanced, business-focused approach.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external advisers, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm or in an in-house legal function.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience in an international or multinational business environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple matters independently and to deadline.
• Sound legal analysis, commercial judgment, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and curious, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Additional language skills desirable but not essential.
