As Head Chef you will:
Have solid experience as a Head Chef within a fresh food restaurant
Be confident managing a busy kitchen, from ordering and stock control to rota planning and GP management
Take pride in using local, seasonal produce and sustainable ingredients
Be hands-on, organised, and a natural team leader whoinspires those around them
Bring creativity and enthusiasm to menu development and presentation
