About the role
This role manages an extensive Global customer fulfilment portfolio, to ensure order control, completeness, and prioritisation of orders.
As the primary point of contact for the client, you will deal with all client issues, ensuring an on-time and coordinated order delivery. You will plan & schedule customer orders, ensuring on time delivery and customer requirements are met.
This is a fast paced, global environment. Ideal for someone who has worked in a similar client facing role. Supply Chain, Planning, Scheduling, Customer Service, or Order Management backgrounds would be ideal.
Please note that this will face into the US Marketplace and will have an associated shift pattern (2 pm-10pm). A 10% shift allowance will be awarded as part of your overall package. Hybrid working is available.

Responsibilities:
Ensure order alignment, by driving schedule alignment to customer request or client project deployment. Working with internal teams to identify any supply gaps.
Complete tactical order changes (on Oracle). Updating shipment and delivery dates based on revised supply commits or allocation decisions. Pro-actively communicating changes to appropriate internal customers.
Review new order scheduling and align schedule dates to existing output commitments.
Successfully resolve resolution for shipment issues or failures.
Drive customer satisfaction by achieving weekly service targets, reduce order schedule.
Participate in cross functional meetings to ensure on time customer shipments.
Partner with Logistics and Distribution to drive customer shipment success.
Resolve any order Holds preventing shipments.
Ideal Experience Required
Previous Supply Chain Experience (ideally Materials Planning, Scheduling, Customer Service or Order Fulfilment)
Comprehensive MS Office experience, particularly within Excel (v-look ups, use of macros). Comfortable manipulating large data sets to derive information.
Pervious use of ERP systems, Oracle experience beneficial.
Strong ability to interact and influence others at all levels.
Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple, global teams.
Strong organisational skills
