Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Industrial Recruitment IRS Group is a fast-growing industrial recruitment business with ambitious expansion plans. We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in the demanding, fast-paced world of temporary recruitment. You’ll be responsible for attracting and placing temporary workers, managing client requirements, filling bookings at pace and delivering an excellent service in a constantly changing environment. We’re looking for someone who is: * Energetic, resilient and highly organised * Comfortable working at speed and under pressure * Confident managing candidates, clients and daily staffing demands * Commercially focused and motivated by results * Experienced in recruitment, sales or account management At IRS, we believe in developing our people from within.
