Warehouse Production Operative

M4 Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Production Operative to join a fantastic publishing company based in Faringdon! Are you looking for more than just a warehouse job? As you settle into the role, you'll receive full training to develop your technical skills, including learning how to operate specialist binding machinery and other production equipment. What you'll be doing: * Loading and unloading deliveries. * Packing books ready for dispatch. * Supporting the production team with day-to-day warehouse duties. * Learning to operate binding machines and other specialist production equipment. * Developing new technical skills through full training provided. What we're looking for: * A positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Someone looking to build new skills and progress within a production environment. * Previous warehouse, production or technical experience is advantageous but not essential. * Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team. * A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
