Cambs Farms Growers Ltd is seeking an experienced Arable Crop Manager to assume full ownership of a large-scale arable operation in Cambridgeshire. You will plan, establish and harvest crops, reporting directly to the Managing Director and delivering a high-performing Arable business.

With BASIS and FACTS qualifications and a proven track record, you will lead all crop management, drive efficiency, and ensure H&S, compliance, and continuous improvement across the operation.
