THE ROLE

For a newly qualified or junior solicitor/experienced paralegal in the Tax Disputes team dealing with contentious tax disputes matters.

The successful candidate will be someone looking for a career in tax disputes/controversy.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you will have experience of tax litigation work at paralegal, trainee or junior solicitor level.

You will ideally also have some background or experience in insolvency related matters in the following areas:-

A good understanding of Tax Dispute work including a general knowledge of how HMRC operates, and some knowledge of the Tax Tribunal procedures. xwzovoh

Some work experience in a Tax Disputes related business environment;

Experience in undertaking legal research and drafting legal documents using appropriate precedents and templates;

You will be involved in providing support to the Tax disputes team in carrying out legal work under supervision;
