Reed Further Education is currently recruiting for a Lecturer in Carpentry and Multi Trade position with a further education provider. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong industry background in carpentry, joinery, property maintenance, or multi-trades who is interested in teaching and developing the next generation of learners.

Role Details

Position: Lecturer in Carpentry & Multi Trade
Contract: Sickness cover with potential for a longer-term opportunity
Hours: Part Time
Location: Staffordshire area
Teaching: Full-time learners and apprentices up to Level 3

Key Requirements

Relevant Level 3 qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, Multi Trade or Property Maintenance
Recent industry experience within construction or property maintenance
Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, CET) or willingness to work towards one
Understanding of safeguarding and learner support
Strong communication and organisational skills
