Senior Practice Manager

NHS Highland is seeking an experienced Senior Practice Manager for Alness & Invergordon Medical Practice, a large, two-site, Board managed GP practice. This is a critical leadership role, providing immediate senior oversight, coordination and management of day-to-day operations to provide stability and to continue the progress made in the development and improvement work of the practice. Significant primary care management or NHS operational management experience and the ability to lead a large team in a high-pressure environment are essential.
