Engineering Manager

Due to retirement, were partnering with a well-established international manufacturing group that operates across Europe and plays a key role in supplying materials into the construction and infrastructure sector.

With a significant UK footprint and continued investment in their operations, they are now looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead one of their flagship production sites.

Youll take ownership of a large, multi-skilled engineering team, driving performance across maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement, while playing a key role in shaping site culture and long-term engineering strategy.

This is an opportunity for an experience engineering manager who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment but also wants the scope to influence, lead, and improve at a strategic level.

This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy.

Engineering Manager Benefits: Salary £63,125.

Engineering Manager Duties include: Manage the maintenance and reliability teams.

Engineering team co-ordination.

Continuous improvement and Operational Improvements.

Budget and Asset Management.

Health and Safety compliance.

Facilities management.

Supplier and contract management.

Involvement in major breakdowns.

Engineering Manager Requirements include: HND or HNC in Engineering Discipline.

Apprentice trained (NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3).

IOSH Qualification.

Experience managing large multi-skilled engineering teams.

Lean manufacturing experience.

Project management skills.

Strong CMMS experience.

Strong leadership qualities.

Proven technical abilities.
