MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Job Title – Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Location – Erith Salary – £65,000 Shift – Monday to Friday Days Job Role of the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to work for a blue-chip industrial manufacturing company within the heavy industrial engineering sector. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will lead and support an experienced team of engineers to deliver the site maintenance programme effectively and efficiently. The successful Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing planned preventative maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance activities, and breakdown response across the factory. You will play a key role in driving engineering performance, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical management experience in within an industrial manufacturing environment. Previous experience managing or supervising engineering teams within a industrial manufacturing sector. Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Management Experience of Mechanical Techs or Engineers  Experience with engineering planning, compliance and safety  Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Mechanical Qualifications  Desirable Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Experience working within the UK manufacturing sector.
