Legal Recruiting Manager (Campus)

Our client is a leading, global law firm seeking to hire a Legal Recruiting Manager to be based in their Washington, DC office on a hybrid basis (4 days). This role will focus on law school recruitment and summer program management. It will be responsible for overseeing attorney hiring, managing recruitment operations and reporting, guiding junior recruitment staff, and coordinating key programs including summer associate initiatives, law school recruitment, as well as managing lateral attorney onboarding. You will collaborate closely with firm leadership to ensure a consistent, effective, and service-oriented recruitment approach.The firm is looking for relevant corporate campus recruitment experience and summer program management, including at least two years of people management.
