Based in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, this role offers exposure to high-quality work for an impressive client base including developers, landowners and housing providers.The successful candidate will support a wide range of residential development matters, from land acquisition and disposal through to complex strategic projects. They will play a key role in delivering commercially focused advice, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.Key responsibilities include:Acting on residential development acquisitions and disposals for developers and landownersAdvising on affordable housing transactions for registered providers and housebuildersSupporting strategic land projects including options, promotion agreements and long-term developmentsHandling development-related matters such as overage, conditional contracts, title due diligence and easementsThis role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-4+ years' PQE and a passion for residential development work. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
