Fresh Store Lead — Flexible Hours & Service Impact

Tesco is hiring team members to support daily store operations and serve customers with warmth and efficiency. The role offers flexible hours within the weekly availability windows and a starting rate of £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores inside the M25.

You'll be scheduled with three weeks notice and guaranteed minimum hours. You'll join a diverse, customer-focused team, helping with service, stocking and checkout duties, and contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.
