The school supports children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, offering a nurturing and structured environment where every student can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEMH challenges. Support the emotional, social, and behavioural development of students, promoting positive outcomes. Collaborate with school staff to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure all children achieve their potential.Requirements: Qualified teacher with experience in primary education. Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with SEMH needs, is highly desirable. Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
