Expert Employment is recruiting for a Managing Director to lead the UK & Ireland business of a global engineering company. Based in Cranfield, the role will set strategic direction, drive profitability and ensure sustainable growth across the region.

You will head a sales-focused team of 10–15, grow market share, develop key customer relationships and oversee P&L, with a strong preference for a background in technical manufacturing or industrial technology and excellent stakeholder management.
