Civils Operations Supervisor — North Wales

Lanes Group is expanding its North Wales team with an Operations Supervisor - Civils role, supporting Welsh Water on a major four-year contract. You will lead operational teams, manage planning and scheduling, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery across a defined catchment.

The ideal candidate will drive excellent customer service, coordinate depot activities, read drawings, produce method statements, and maintain client relationships with the Senior Management Team and Local Authority.
