CRAWLEY | £36,411 BASIC + £65,000 OTE (UNCAPPED) | COMPANY CAR | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 40 HOURS

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Corporate Business Development Manager to join an established automotive dealership in Crawley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual with experience in business development, fleet sales or account management to join a successful team, offering an excellent earning potential, an uncapped commission structure and a company car.

THE PACKAGE:

• £36,411 basic salary.
• £65,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential.
• Company car.
• Monday–Friday working hours.
• 40-hour working week.

THE ROLE:

• Identify and develop new corporate and fleet sales opportunities within the local business market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and brokers.
• Generate new business leads and develop existing accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Develop tailored vehicle solutions to meet business customers' requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow corporate sales.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience in corporate sales, business development, fleet sales or account management.
• Automotive industry experience would be advantageous.
• A proven ability to generate new business and develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with the motivation to maximise earning potential.
• A full UK driving licence.
