My client is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of a premium hospitality space in Edinburgh. The role involves managing the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience.

You’ll have solid management experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a hands‑on approach. Calm, organised, and service‑driven, you know how to motivate a team and maintain high standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years supervisory or management experience
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Flexible to work early mornings and evenings
• Eligible to work in the UK (5-year background and criminal record checks required)
