They operate at the premium end of the market - partner-led, intellectually rigorous, and strategically focused.We are now seeking a senior, standalone Group Head of Marketing to define and deliver their marketing strategy as they look to scale and develop the business.This is a strategic and hands-on role working directly with the CEO and Partners.The RoleYou will own and drive the full marketing agenda, including:Developing and executing the overall marketing strategyProtecting and elevating the brand and market positioningLeading all external communications and thought leadershipManaging website, SEO, LinkedIn and digital presenceShaping expert content into compelling, market-facing materialSupporting high-level pitches and credentialsOverseeing CRM and client communications Delivering PR, profile-raising and curated eventsMonitoring performance and reporting directly to leadershipThis is not a team management role. It is a leadership role without bureaucracy.The IndividualSignificant senior marketing experience within professional services Ideally exposure to expert witness, legal, engineering, construction or consultancy environments. IdeallyStrong digital capability (website, LinkedIn, SEO, analytics)Exceptional written and editorial skillsComfortable influencing senior partners and subject matter expertsCommercially aware, highly organised, and confident operating autonomouslyYou must be equally comfortable shaping strategic positioning.The business supports its people like no other.
