Multi Skilled Operative - Permanent Position Liverpool (North West locations) We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operative to join our growing team on a permanent basis, carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works across the North West. Salary & Benefits £33,280 per annum Company van provided (work use only) 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Permanent, full-time position Role Overview The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties. The role requires a practical, customer-focused individual with a broad range of trade skills. Essential Skills & Experience Applicants must be competent in: Minor brickwork repairs Groundworks Basic joinery Wall and floor tile repairs Patch plastering Minor plumbing repairs Requirements Full clean UK driving licence Able to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional and customer-friendly approach Must be based in Merseyside Location The successful applicant will be based in Merseyside, with works carried out across the North West region.
