Legal Counsel - Real Estate

Job Description

A growing, institutionally-backed real estate platform is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team.

Working closely with the General Counsel, you'll support a diverse range of matters across a portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets, including asset management, lettings, tenancy issues, development projects and wider commercial legal work.

Key requirements:

• 
  
• 6-10 years' PQE

Strong real estate/property law background

Experience advising on operational assets, asset management, lettings and tenancy matters

Exposure to PBSA, BTR or the wider living sector preferred

Commercial, pragmatic approach and willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues
