We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static, single-person site role with the opportunity to grow with this role within the business and portfolio which could develop into a bigger role with greater responsibilities for the right person.
Key Responsibilities As the sole engineer on-site, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of M&E and fabric maintenance, covering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, including: Electrical works: lighting systems, small power installations, fault-finding, ballast replacements, control panels, and power distribution Emergency lighting & fire alarm testing and compliance checks HVAC support: AHUs and FCUs (filter changes and cleaning), basic chiller resets Pumps and motor maintenance and monitoring Water treatment: basic temperature checks (no chemical dosing required) Plumbing: minor repairs including unblocking drains, replacing taps and seals BMS monitoring: temperature and systems readings UPS monitoring and routine checks General building fabric maintenance and minor handyman tasks Escorting and supervising subcontractors on-site Working Hours Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00 (40-hour week), with overtime available, particularly at weekends. xwzovoh
