- £52,000 per annum (Based on Experience) plus overtime About Cooltech Refrigeration Cooltech Refrigeration is a specialist contractor providing installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

We work across sectors including retail, hospitality, cold storage, and commercial facilities, delivering reliable and high-quality service to our clients.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installation, service, and maintenance work on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

This role requires a proactive engineer who can work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems Fault finding and diagnostics on refrigeration and HVAC equipment Installation and commissioning of refrigeration and air conditioning systems Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Complete service reports and documentation accurately Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service when attending client sites Requirements Proven experience working with commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems Valid F-Gas certification Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Good communication and customer service skills Full xwzovoh UK driving licence Desirable Experience with supermarket refrigeration, cold rooms, or pack systems Electrical knowledge and relevant certifications Experience working in retail or commercial environments What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle Overtime opportunities Ongoing training and career development Supportive working environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company How to Apply If you are an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a growing and professional team, we would like to hear from you.
