The team sits within a combined corporate, commercial and banking department and acts for lenders and borrowers alike, so you'll see deals from both sides of the table./n /n /n Lenders range from clearing banks to niche finance houses and specialist lenders. Borrowers run from listed companies and private equity funds to start-ups, owner-managed businesses and management teams. The work covers acquisition finance, general corporate lending and real estate finance, and you'll handle LMA and non-LMA facility documents along with the security behind them./n /n /n Senior lawyers match associates one for one here. That means you'll run your own transactions, often several at once, with partner input close at hand. On the bigger matters you'll sit alongside senior colleagues on deals involving PE sponsors, banks and funds./n /n /n Banking doesn't work in isolation at this firm. Corporate and real estate colleagues are regular collaborators, and restructuring and litigation are brought in when a deal needs them.
