This role offers the chance to oversee a high-stakes data centre project, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process. The Role As the Site Manager, you’ll: • Manage day-to-day M&E site operations on a live data centre project. • Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors. • Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with programme, specifications and quality standards. • Monitor health & safety compliance, carrying out site inspections and ensuring RAMS are followed. • Chair site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager. You To be successful in the role of Site Manager, you’ll bring: • Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager. • Previous experience delivering data centre projects is essential. • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services. • Experience managing multiple subcontractors on fast-paced construction projects. • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
