We are currently recruiting experienced Social Workers to join the Ealing MAST team, offering an excellent £39.04 per hour rate alongside hybrid working. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced practitioner who is able to work effectively within a multi-agency environment and who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families. The role As a Social Worker within Ealing MAST, you will work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals, using your social work expertise to contribute to effective safeguarding, assessment and decision-making. You will need to be confident managing complex situations, gathering and analysing information, undertaking assessments and using professional judgement to identify risk and need.
