💰 £35,000 – £40,000 basic + uncapped commission | Full-time, permanent
Who We Are
At People Dynamix, we've built something we're genuinely proud of, a tight-knit, high-performing team that supports each other, celebrates success together, and actually enjoys coming to work. We're a specialist recruitment agency based in Liverpool, operating across Education, Transport, Industrial, and Hospitality sectors, and our Education division is growing.
We're not a corporate machine. We're a people-first business where culture matters, your voice is heard, and hard work is properly rewarded. If you're looking for a place where you can do the best work of your career without the politics, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Education division. You'll be working a true 360 desk, managing the full recruitment cycle across schools and SEND provisions across the Liverpool City Region with the full backing of an established brand and a team that wants you to succeed.
*
Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for education supply and permanent roles
*
Candidate attraction, engagement, and retention
*
Business development and account management with schools and SEND provisions
*
Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, headteachers, and SENCOs
*
Face-to-face client visits across the region
What We're Looking For
This role is specifically for someone who knows education recruitment. You'll already understand the sector, how schools operate, the compliance requirements, and the pace of term-time working. Beyond that, we want someone who:
*
Has a proven track record in education recruitment (supply, temp, or perm)
*
Is a natural relationship builder with clients and candidates alike
*
Is driven, resilient, and motivated by results
*
Can work independently and manage their own desk with confidence
*
Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred for client visits)
What's in It for You
We believe great people should be rewarded properly. Here's what you'll get:
*
£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
*
Uncapped, competitive commission structure
*
Genuine hybrid working, 3 to 4 days from home each week
*
Office based in a village location with free on-site parking
*
Reduced hours during school holidays
*
Career progression into senior and management positions
*
Company pension
*
Casual dress code
*
Dog-friendly office
*
Staff wellbeing package
Working Hours
Term-time: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00. Reduced hours during school holidays. You'll follow the rhythm of the school year with the work-life balance that comes with it.
